Shipping & Delivery
Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days. (This can take up to one week if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.)
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
- Orders may take up to 60 business days to arrive after the date of shipping depending on the item and which country it is to be shipped to. The couriers we work with guarantee you will receive your item within 60 days or less, so if you have not received your package within 60 days please email us and we will aim to resolve your issue swiftly.
We offer FREE worldwide shipping (unless stated otherwise for a specific item promotion).
Please also note that we are not responsible for any import duty and VAT of items (if applicable), and that it is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges upon receipt of the goods. We are also not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address being provided and will not issue refunds in such situations; as such please ensure you provide the correct shipping information at checkout.
It is also important to acknowledge that tracking information may not always be available if you are ordering from outside the United States or United Kingdom.
Once your item has been shipped we have no ability to directly influence your order and any shortcomings regarding delivery timings are the responsibility of the courier. Should the courier breach the guarantee we have outlined above we will take up the issue with the courier on your behalf to resolve the problem.
